Phaedra and I were pleased to be a part of the Plenty grand opening on Monday. This is the retail store's first location outside of Vancouver. When we asked the founder and owner, Murat why he choose Calgary he said he loved the vibe when he visited and felt Plenty would fit in here. He is Turkish and has incorporated beautiful lighting imported direct from Turkey and a large tree trunk, shipped from BC sits in the middle of the store to pay homage to their "roots".
Plenty strives to bring a wide assortment of internationally renowned labels, exclusive lines, and our coveted in-house labels Propaganda, Ribbon, Ribbon Luxe, Monk & Lou, and Big Blu. They have a great selection of denim as well as some new print and color innovations from Levi's.
The cava flowed, the hors devours were passed and the models showcased some key looks.
