Pantone's Color of the Year 2013 ~ Emerald

Pantone has just released it's color of the year for 2013 and it is the lively and radiant, lush EMERALD green - PANTONE 17-5641!

Emerald is a vivid green that enhances our sense of well-being by inspiring insight and promoting balance and harmony. It is most often associated with brilliant, precious gemstones, the perception of Emerald is luxurious and sophisticated. This luminous and magnificent hue has been the color of new life, growth, renewal and prosperity in many religions and cultures and represents healing and unity as well.
