I'm heading back to Toronto in a couple weeks and I've got to go back to the newest hot spot to cool off - Cabana Pool Bar. A Las Vegas style day club on the water front in Toronto with a 50,000 sq. ft. patio perfect for hosting the 2,500 fun seekers and sun worshipers.

Cut Copy Calgary Concert

Enjoyed celebrating my hubby's birthday with a wonderful dinner at the delicious newer restaurant Brigg's, last night with close friends. Followed by the Cut Copy concert, we were so lucky to see them in such an intimate venue. The opening act Bear Mountain was amazing as well, check them out.

Bamboo Ballroom Pop Up Shop

Our friends in Edmonton have been raving about this store, The Bamboo Ballroom. 

Us Calgarians are lucky to get a taste of it, as they have a Pop Up Shop set up for the next month in Victoria Park. They are featuring local Alberta designers. They have great pieces for festival season as well so go check it out!

The LV Cruise collection, designer Ghesquière's second show for the LVMH powerhouse, was an elaboration of his first. He's still thinking about "a wardrobe," but these clothes were significantly more embellished than what he did for Fall, and, by extension, more playful.

Karlie is too hot for this dress. There is too much fabric and it overwhelms her completely. I would rather see her in some thing less complicated and more modern. This is just all wrong.

Last Best Brewing & Distilling is the fourth Brewpub in the Bearhill Brewing Family of Breweries and their goal is to grow community and culture by creating fun and interactive brewery and restaurant experiences. 

Last Best beer is available at select venues and retailers in Calgary but of course our favourite place to get it is National Beer Hall!
