Men: 3 Ways to Wear Light Denim

Lighter washed denim can be tricky to wear and often men will shy away from picking up a pair and instead opt for a medium or dark wash. With various styles and price points popping up at retailers across the city, there’s no better time to start experimenting.

CHAMBRAY IS NEW WAYS

Try pairing denim with chambray, but make sure you keep the shades noticeably different. Leave it untucked to avoid a full-on Western look.

NEUTRALS

Opt to pair light denim with softer shades to get a monochromatic look that is tres cool for spring 2014. Add a knit tie and a unique tie bar to dress up the overall look.

DARK FLORALS

Try pairing muted tones and military influences such as combat green with a tie in the same colour family.
