Tonight was a unique girls night. We were invited to APT 22 in Aspen to have a Beads of Intention session with the beautiful Apryl of Soul Journey. Her skills as a yoga teacher and jewelry maker collaborated into a workshop called Beads of Intention.

We all sat on a plush white carpet in the middle of the store and for the next couple hours set out to get in touch with our inner selves. We chanted the Prosperity and Abundance mantra in sanskrit: "Om Shrim Maha Lakshmiyei Swaha, 108 times. From there we closed our eyes and went on a visual and written journey to find our inner wants and turned them into manifestations. With all of this positivity flowing we then selected beads and semi precious stones to create our own personal Mala necklaces.

Taking time out of our busy lives to spend time with good people and creating positive vibes made this night one to not soon forget.
